Food was good, fast, and priced right. Do yourself a favor and get the salsa verde with breakfast. It’s not very spicy and it has great flavor. Nothing to complain about here.

Everything was very good! Inside a gated community but still open to the public. Friendly service from owners and the homemade food was delicious with great prices!

Great food; great prices; convenient when visiting the gated community of Long Island Village. Centrally located near the golf course, rec hall, pro shop, activity center, and pools. Usually open only for delicious breakfast and lunch, Wednesday thru Sunday, 8:00 am to 2 pm, but currently having a Friday evening pizza, pasta, & salad buffet, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Fridays (Aug 2024. Call to confirm as schedule may change.) Clean, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and operated.

This is a great family run restaurant in Long Island Village. I enjoyed my breakfast here and would eat here again. The pancakes were my favorite. To get here, you need to go through a security gate. Let them know you see going to eat at the signature grill and they will let you in. However, getting here is half the fun. You need to cross over a moving bridge to get here. If you are lucky enough, you'll be first in line.

Love the breakfasts. Ate there multiple times and was never disappointed. Had several different things that were all great. Only wish we could eat there more! And you can't beat the prices!

I would rate this place 10 stars if I could. This place has amazing food and you can't beat the prices. My youngest is an extremely picky eater but she devoured her food. It is inside a gated community so it is a little bit of a pain to get in but so worth it. The owner/ cook makes the best food and is willing to go off menu to make things that people enjoy. Whether you live in the area or you're here on vacation you have to visit this place. They are only open for breakfast and lunch so plan accordingly. You won't want to miss a chance to eat here. (The huevos rancheros are the best I have ever eaten.) ****UPDATE**** Our last day in the area we went for lunch. I have no words that could possibly do justice in a description. There was not 1 dish out of 4 meals that we were disappointed with. Everything was absolutely amazing. I'm not a picky eater but I am very much an opinionated critic of food. I have absolutely zero complaints. This place is family owned and run. They are super nice and friendly. I can't emphasize enough how absolutely delicious the food was. With 6 of us we are used to large food bills at The Signature Grill we were not only happy with the food we were also pleased with the price. This is a must try place!!!! This small business deserves the support. AMAZING PLACE!!!!
